At Flag & Freedom, we work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours wherever possible.

During especially busy periods, weekends, holidays, or for orders requiring additional preparation, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Shipping Options

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you would like to select a faster delivery service.

Please note that selecting an upgraded shipping method speeds up the carrier delivery service but does not guarantee same-day order processing.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
High shipping volumes
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been collected or accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.
